Assistant logistics Manager
Job Description
Prepare necessary documents for license application and need to follow up to get approval within timeline.
Assist with import documentation and custom clearance of drugs and supplements.
To do shipment entry checking with packing list whenever shipment has arrived and report to management.
Ensure adherence to local and international trade regulations, including documentation for customs clearance.
Manage relationships with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transportation providers.
Negotiate shipping rates and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Preparing for import and custom clearance and communicating with agents.
Accurately maintain shipment details and timely update logistics information.
Check Invoice, packing list, AWB/BL and other related shipping documents and ensure license and FDA certificates for every incoming shipment.
Maintain effective communication with international customers and partners.
On top of working closely logistic colleagues, co-operate with commercial, warehouse teams closely.
Other ad hoc assignments related to logistics given by the management.
Job Requirement
Any Graduated with a logistic diploma is more preferred.
Diploma in supply chain and logistics.
Minimum of 5 years experienced as a logistics team member in the pharmaceutical industry.
Knowledge of custom clearance process and latest government import regulations.
Good command in English.
